1930s German Bauhaus armchair by Mauser Werke Waldeck, Model RS7.
Armchair has a chromed tubular frame its seat hangs perfectly from the frame.
Armchair has been expertly reupholstered in a soft vinyl exactly as they were originally upholstered in. Chromed tubular frame which the seat hangs perfectly from, the tubular chrome has some ageing & wear but still fabulous for its age ( please see pictures ). The armchair has its original black lacquered wooden armrests.
Acquired recently on a trip to the Berlin & Leipzig.
Height 81cm, Seat Height 42cm, Width 53.5cm, Depth 64cm.
